JAMBONS D'ANTAN: Supplier of Works Councils and Associations


You are looking for gift ideas for your works council. You will obtain a product made on small scale from animals bred in Manche and processed by a true local craftsman.

The Jambon d'Antan has been rubbed by hand with a blend of salt and spices before being salted with dry salt in the pure tradition and smoked over a log fire in chimney (not in a smokehouse).

It has been wrapped in a cloth during smoking to preserve its delicacy and moisture.

It is then left to mature in temperature-controlled room at about 6 °C for 6 months. You can now taste it in thin slices or however you choose.
